Co-Owners Bo Jones & Steve Powell started working together in 1999 while attending the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. They started out with small projects that could be completed around class schedules and have been fortunate enough to grow the business into a full service construction company.
Tru-Built takes pride in the network of suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and employees that we have assembled over the years. We have built strong relationships with our group of subcontractors. This enables us to meet the strict deadlines we set for each project. When you hire us for a project we assume the responsibility for every step of the process. You only have one contact person for the entire project.

- Sponsored 4 Northeast High School house projects. Each year students from Northeast High School along with the Lincoln Housing Authority build a home to be sold. As the General Contractor we are responsible for permits, excavating, foundation, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, and other work that must be performed by a licensed contractor.
