Commercial Remodel
This project is an example of a commercial building that was an empty shell that we came in and finished one section for a tenant build. The dividing wall between units had to meet a 4 hour fire rating so the drywall was double layered on both sides of the wall. A simple restroom, basic electrical, and lighting were also included in the project.
