The custom home pictured below is located near South Bend NE on a sand pit lake. When we arrived there was an old run down cabin that was in need of repair. The only option we had was to demo the old house and construct a brand new home from the ground up. The house features Hayfield Vinyl windows, Elk Laminate shingles, Vinyl siding, 3 stall garage, skylights, and a deck off of the master bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a large walk-in closet off the bathroom. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and double sinks.
