Egress Window Installation
This basement egress window incorporates a new vinyl Hayfield brand window with a window well that has a built in ladder escape system. A drain was built in to the bottom of the window well to allow any overflow of water to seep into the drain tile system that surrounds the existing house. The drain is buried in a bed of rock and gravel that makes for a leech field for excess water.
