Egress Window Installation
This project was part of a much larger water drainage problem that the customer had been battling for years. The rear of the property drains directly towards the house from the neighbors behind. We came in and installed a full drainage system around the existing patio and window wells that drain out to the front of the house toward the storm sewer. While we were there the customer requested that we add an egress window to prepare for the future finishing of the basement. Soon after we finished, the rain came down and the basement stayed dry….mission accomplished.
