Kitchen Addition and New Entryway
When we started this was a typical ranch with a center load bearing wall. The old layout was cramped and had several smaller rooms. By adding on to the front of the house and removing the center load bearing wall and the old exterior wall we were able to open up the kitchen, dining room, and family into one very large room. Next to the new kitchen is a large walk in pantry with a decorative glass door. We also relocated the stairs from the center of the house to the wall that separates the house from the garage.
