Pitched Roof Addition
The pictures below show the end result of a pitched roof system being placed on top of what was a flat roof. The old flat roof had several leaks and very little insulation making the house difficult to heat and cool. With adding the new roof we were able to blow in R-38 attic insulation and stop all the leaks. We also added 5 skylights that offer significant natural lighting into the entryway, the kitchen, and the family room. This house is located on Capital Beach in Lincoln NE.
