The remodel of this basement included a large room for the pool table and another section that gives plenty of room for the family room. Off of the family room is an extra bedroom and large full bathroom.

This bathroom came with a basement finish. The bathroom is fairly large and allowed for a good size tiled shower and a larger vanity with a granite top. The tile floor ties in with the tile walkway in the family room to the rear walkout door.
