Bo, we just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you again for the excellent workmanship done by both the deck and siding crew in 2011. We have had many compliments on the Deck and the customized iron railing.
We can’t wait to use it even more in the year ahead. It is nice to be able to go out on the deck and not feel it “move” anymore. It is one piece of SOLID construction. And it will be nice not to have to replace the old wooden boards going forward.
The siding looks awesome. And the attention to details that Dennis and his crew had been very much appreciated. The house looks amazing! And while the winter hasn’t been as tough as it is normally, we don’t “hear” the wind whipping outside like we used to with the old siding. I’ll be anxious to see what the energy bills are when the concrete siding is “tested” with a normal NE winter. I think we’ll be much happier.
Lastly, I want to thank you for working with us and the multiple stipulations we requested like working around our pets and of course–the baby bird nest under the deck. We appreciate you meeting those requests along with others and your responsiveness as well as availability.
